920 problem

My Go 920 died, I couln't get it to start even if plugged into a power supply. So I replaced the battery the unit will turn on and off now but I can't use the touch screen at all, any ideas what i might have done wrong? or what the problem is?

When it does turn on, to what screen does it boot? Have you tried a pin reset?

As you have changed the battery re-check the ribbon cable that connects to the main PCB via a quick release multiway strip connector, if thats not fully secured it will behave how you describe - Mike
