740 Live Live service not working

Just received a 740 Live
The live services won't connect Is there anying I need to do to acivate it.
Found the netowrk status screen and none of thefeild a cell phone would use are filled in(ie Sim Id, IMEI,MCC/MNC).

Status is not connected

Mine worked right out of the box. Is it consistently not connected as you travel, or is it just one area that you're noticing this behavior in?

After a week.Support finaly suggested to send the device in. I exchanged the device and new one works much better.

Apparently there's a few bad bananas in the first bunch of 740's. You're not the first to have that problem.
