2 Guided Tour Icons?

TomTom Model(s)
ONE V2/4?
I installed suntime 1.6a, tripmaster 1.8 TomTomMediaCenter 2.0.0.6 and

Suntime and tripmaster both corrupted my screen so I uninstalled them via instructions on the website thru HOME 2.

Now I have 2 icons for "Guided Tour"

I've done a reset - they're still there. If I select "Show Fewer Menu Options" it hides both of them.

Any help on how I can get rid of one of the icons? Yes, I know I can probably restore a backup but I'm not afraid of messing around in the linux filesystem if need be.

Reconnect your TomTom to your computer and open the "drive", the TomTom disk. Locate the following folders that were created when you installed Tripmaster: "SDKRegistry", "Skins" and "Tripmaster".

Delete these folders. Your Guided Tour icons will go back to a single icon, and your Help menus will gain a few items (not all of them functional).

You may want to do a full backup BEFORE you do this, just in case something goes wrong.

Cheers. Drive Safely.

I assume you have Navcore 7...if so there is some bug in the firmware that deletes the Hellp icon and gives you an extra guided tour icon if you have third party apps installed. I have sent several messages to TT support to get answers as to why but they just say they are not responsible for third party apps. So I sent them a long list of other bugs/errors I found int he firmware. :D

I did this - those folders are gone. Rebooted the ONE. Hit the reset button. No change. For now I just switched to "Show less icons" or something since I see no reason to do guided tours anymore and it hid both of them....

Weird. I didn't uninstall TomTomMediaCenter - but right after I did the duplicate icon dissappeared. I deleted the audio video SDK folders...
