xp 340tm no street voices

i received my xl340tm yesterday after update it does not speak streets names anymore ,please can some one help me to restore that? thanks:rant::rant::rant::
 
Do you have a computer voice selected? Then, under Voice Preference, make sure 'speak aloud street names' IS checked.
