XL 340tm Computer Voice Problem

I just bought this about 2 weeks ago and I was trying to download Simon computer voice and I would be able to see it in TomTom Home under Manage my One XL but I wouldn't be able to see it in the GPS when I go to try to change voices. What's going on?

I was then trying to troubleshoot by deleting Susan computer voice and just start over and now I can't get her to work either!

I deleted the LoquendoTTS folder and reinstalled the voices many times and everytime it was the same deal (I see it in TomTom Home but can't see it in the gps).

This is very frustrating please help!!

Make an Explorer, not Home, backup of your unit's contents.

Then delete all the loose files in the root of the unit, NO folders or their contents.

Connect to Home and install the offered application. Disconnect properly from Home using the Device Disconnect icon.

See if the voice works now.
