where is the north american folder?

I'm trying to install custom POIs. Instructions say to put in my north american folder, but I can find no such folder. The only folder I seem to have on the computer is the Tom Tom HOME folder.

Where do the POI files go?

The folder is on the TomTom. Use Windows Explorer (My Computer) and you can see the TomTom showing up as an external hard drive.

The tomtom has to be connected the the computer 1st via usb. You then can see the tomtom folder.
