I gather TomTom is a global company!
Why then is it when I report an error or long term roadwork which has long gone nothing happens or changes on the maps?
If they worked together with national highways or checked their satellites it would be a better solution.
Why should customers report errors and so on when Tom Tom probably has the technology to to this themselves.
Mapshare was 100% better and it worked!
Very frustrating in my opinion.
The roadworks on the M6 in Lancashire near Wigan has gone for 2 years yet still shows 50mph, plus others throughout the UK as a trucker it’s annoying.
