Hello All
I am unable to select CA as an option on my device, though it is on the latest update.

Any help appreciated

Not clear what you are trying to 'select'. Since you seem to be from the U.S., I would expect that you would have either the USA, USA/Canada, or USA/Canada/Mexico map on your Start 25. All of those contain California.

What map(s) do you have loaded on your Start 25?
Do you have other country maps also loaded on your device? If so, it may have been intentionally or accidentally selected.

Here is an explanation of how to switch maps, if you have more than one and the wrong one is currently selected:

I am in the US and I have only USA and Canada maps on my device. US is selected by default and I am able to select all other states but CA (California). Wonder if there is a bug of some kind. The updater shows that I am on the latest version of the map.

Some older models had to split california into northern california and southern california. Check N and S in the list?

Do you mean 'select' for the purposes of searching for an address or point of interest? Other than that, I can't think of a reason to have to 'select' any particular state. Need some help here! I'll go find one of my own older Nav3 units and you can walk me through it.

I assume that when you power up the device, and you're in California, you see your location on the map?
