Trucker 6000
I recently updated my Truck 6000 sat nav and since then it hasn’t worked. When switched on it comes up with logo then the spinning wheel and straight to the Red Cross. It doesn’t connect to MyDrive connect either. I’ve tried to recover the device but it says to hold on off button until the white text comes up but I don’t get any white text and nothing happens after this just the screen with the Red Cross on it.

Be sure your device is unconnected and already running ... or limping, in this case ... then press and hold the power button for a good length of time. The white on black screen should appear within no more than 20 secs.

Pretty good instructions here >>

Hi. Done this but nothing comes up. Just switches off and back on again. It doesn’t come up with the screen with white text on it

Just to be sure........When you do the triple tap of the power button, it is all done quickly, such 1/2 second between taps or LESS?

If he isn't getting to the diag screen, he isn't going to have a chance to get to the 3 quick press step of the process. I think I'm remembering the process correctly. Or ???

I was of the feeling that the triple tap could take place without the diag screen.

I have tried it several times and doesn’t work. Every time I have tried I done get the screen with the text come up so if I try the 3 taps nothing happens. It’s doing my head in now. Was working fine before I did the update
