Just purchased a TTRider two weeks ago, using TTHome did the upgrade am at app version 6.52 map version is 611.0 TTHome says I need to update my map for a price, I have sent a message to Tom Tom asking why I shouldn't receive this update free as I had just bought the unit. These are USA/Canada Maps. I am noticing some issues with alot of streets not being know especially where I live or have lived for the last 5 years. I would assume the update should help this or should I just sit back and wait?
