Upon connection and power up of the tt920 it initially shows positive indications of function through messages in the systray - lower right hand corner, but then eventually indicates a problem with the usb device that was found - and no drive shows up in explorer. However, there are two "drives" shown in the device manager both with yellow warning indications in the icon
I then uninstall the two tomtom devices in the device manager - both with yellow flags, next I search for new hardware, which will then find a two tomtom devices (again) and only one will have a yellow flag - at this point explorer can see the drive but has no drive name, but TThome can never connect to the tt 920.
I am able to move files no problem, but the TThome interface stubbornly refuses to see the 920. I have submitted to TTsupport, but thought I would burn the candle at both ends. Thanks for any and all replies
