TT ONE XL-S and Treo 750

I have been able to pair these devices but get the response on the TT that no services are supported, is there any way to pull weather or traffic data from the phone? I realise there is no hands free phone with this model, but are the other services available and how?

I get the same issue with my ONE XL and my Blackjack II. I have bluetooth and unlimited data plan but it complains about the services.
