TT Bluetooth Remote vs. Go720

Went on a trip last week. Right before returning home, fired up the TT, hit a button on the remote, and.... no love.

The remote will not make a connection to the 720.

1) replaced remote batteries (even though the ones in there were fairly new). Left the batteries out for an hour, thinking if it has memory (not sure) maybe it would lose it.

2) On 720, disabled bluetooth, deleted my phone out, and restarted it --- No dice

The remote has a blue LED when a button is pressed. The 720 verifies no bluetooth devices. Got to preferences-->bluetooth preferences--> search for device. Hit a button on the remote at the same time.

720 can't find device.

Any wisdom out there?

Start with a reset of the 720, you won't lose any data or settings - Mike

Did a pin reset and we're back in business.....I guess I had a bonehead moment when out of town. THought of everything but a pin reset....lol

In any case, thank you for the suggestion.....
