Used to ask me if I wanted to arrive at my destination at a particular time, would then show me if i was running late, early or on time. Doesn't ask me anymore. Software is up to date. Is it a software problem or am I missing something in the setup ?

Check your settings to see if "leeway time" is turned off. Hope this helps. On XL335 it is in "Status Bar Preferences" Menu. Enable Leeway Time should be checked.
