Tomtom xxl 550m downloading map issue

I own a xxl550m and installed it in a windows vista computer. The computer had to be replaced, when I tried to activate my lifetime maps on the windos 7 system it said the code expired. How do I transfer my lifetime maps to the new computer.

If the code was registered on the previous machine, then all you have to do is log in with the same email address used on the previous computer and you should be ok.

If the code was never entered, though, then you'll need to call CS at 866-486-6866 to sort it out.
