TomTom ONE SE

Tomtom stopped selling maps on memory cards about 3-4 years ago.

Now you have to download Tomtom Home software on a computer, and purchase a map there that will download onto the Tomtom one. If you purchase USA and Europe maps, you can use Tomtom HOME to swap them onto the device as needed without repurchase.

You should buy a 2GB memory card first (max size the device will handle) as the original (either 500mb or 1gb) is too small to hold current maps.

Any discussions of hacking software or hardware to enable the downloading of maps OTHER than from legitimate sources (meaning, TomTom itself) is inappropriate in this or any legitimate forums. And be clear, that is what you are asking about..............
