TomTom GO 620 recovery doesn't work

Hello. TomTom Go 620, after map update get in restarting loop (every 20 sec),
I tried recovery mode, it ends 100% but again go to constantly resetting,
I also tried normal reset unsuccessfully. (no SD card inside, also tried with).
Before update it working fine. Serial number ZE1376KC4424. What can I do?

It sounds as though the OP has already attempted recovery which ended successfully, but the device still has issues.
