Tomtom announces integrated in dash navigation system

    Tomtom is announcing the new I-90 - in integrated in-dash double-din GPS.

    Seems to be an Eclipse-like solution, so far Europe-only. Surprisingly the release doesn't (yet) say it has IQroutes nor HD traffic.

    Traffic was announced as being TMC. Like you, I see no mention of IQR. Also odd is that no CD player was included as this is supposed to be an integrated solution.

    I think the CD removal is a sign of the times.

    It's probably been a year since I played a CD. Most of the music I want is on Sirius or Pandora, and I've ripped my cd collection onto MP3's that I play on my Tomtom 720.
