How do I find township roads? My screen is very touch sensitive and its hard to use the keypad with correct responses? Not all Streets show up in the area when I try to find them? Some roads although on the map do not show up during a find until I select a crossroad?

Has anyone had these problems. I consider it a software problem searching for streets not being listed and Tomtom says it is a map problem even though a crossroad search will find what road it missed during the first street search. The latest version of the software and maps are current.
