Tom Tom One XL HELP NEEDED ASAP

Hi,

I have had a Tom Tom One XL for a while but haven't updated in ages. I decided to connect it and downloaded Tom Tom Home. iT carried out some updates around 4-5 a think. I then went onto Tom Tom Home and bought a homer simpson voice and darth vader. After checking out. I went into manage content. From this selected 'content on my device'.The Homer simpson voice and darth vadar appear on the device so I thought everything was a-okay. I go to my tom tom however tried selecting all languages and ENGLISH US etc scrolling through all the voices..and can't find Home anywherre despite it stating its on the Tom Tom..can anyone help??

Did you try switching using Manage Voices->Switch voice on the unit? Unclear from your description.

Hi do you mean going through all voices for all countries? Yes I did.

And in Home if you go to Add Voices, the purchased ones appear as being on the device?
