Tom Tom Go 720

Hi, i have a Tom Tom Go 720 that runs no more.. It starts up, but no menu appears.
As i look into the device (in Finder on my Mac), the folder is empty..
I run a reset, and the following screen is te be showed (see image).

What can i do to let it life again;-) ?

That is the diagnostic screen which someone gets to by holding the power button too long (beyond the drum sounds) and gets the screen you have shown. When you say you hasve reset the device, do you mean by using the reset hole on the bottom? If so, try again and let go of the reset when you hear the drum sounds.

Also, is the battery fully charged? Try connecting to the computer for at least a couple of hours (device can be off) using the cable that came with the device.
