Tom Tom 3rd Edition Question :)

Hey all I just purchased the TOMTOM one 3Rd Edition, But I have a question for all of you, theres one thing that REALLY is annoying me and maybe I just don't know how to set it properly, When you set it to Always Shut off screen, it will shut fade out after 5-6 seconds when no power supply is connected (i.e Car is turned off) then when I turn my car back on the green power light comes on at the top BUTTTT, the screen dose not turn on UNTIL I touch it? is there anyway I can get it so that it turns on automatically when a power source is connected?

Unfortunately, this is only available for the x10 series and not the ONE.
