The Queen's voice

My tomtom was stolen from my car. I have bought a new one (tomtom start) but it doesn't have the queen's voice on it which I loved. I understand that this voice is no longer available from tomtom. How can I get it from somewhere else??

Did you make a backup of theprevious device prior to its being stolen?

When you connect to Home and select Add Voices, can you see it offered there?
