Starting the TomTom Go app cannot connect to server

I've performed a full reset of my smartphone Samsung Note10+ and now when I start the TomTom Go app I see the logo and immediately the error message "Impossible to connect to TomTom. Retry later" (or similar, my app is in Italian).

I tried to delete cache and data and also remove and reinstall the app, but nothing worked. I'm regular owner of the app (I bought it several years ago) and I've been using it successfully (and happily) until now. In a few days I'll have an important travel aboard by car, so I need the app to be working properly.

The app is the TomTom Go Expert, the version is the last one in Google Play, dated Nov 3rd 2025.
My phone is connected via mobile data and WiFi. I tried disconnecting from WiFi and same result.
All other apps work perfectly on my phone.
 
It's possible that if you're unable to log in to the TomTom service, an error occurred while entering your email address or password.

For your information, on April 13, 2026, there was an update to Version 3.6.297-beta.

On my Google Play don't see any update, maybe because it's a beta?
Also, I cannot do anything from the app, because I only see the TomTom logo and the message at the bottom, I'm not asked for login, nothing. I can provide a ss asap.
Note that before the smartphone reset it worked flawlessly.

It looks like the app isn't downloading onto your phone, because the app can open without an internet connection.

My internet connection is on and working fine. If I disconnect Wifi and use Aereo mode, disconnecting completely from the Internet, the app shows "You are not connected". It looks like a server issues to me or an account to be reset in someway. I don't know, I just know that I subscribed for years to an app that now I'm no more able to use.
 
Seems fixed with the latest TomTom Go Expert release! (I don't know if it's a BETA, but I subscribed the beta program, then when I came back in Italy from my travel the app updated and now it works).

Are you experiencing my same problem too? You didn't tell me this before... I thought I was the only!
However, I'm connecting on-line. I can tell you witch version I'm using, if this can help.
