I've performed a full reset of my smartphone Samsung Note10+ and now when I start the TomTom Go app I see the logo and immediately the error message "Impossible to connect to TomTom. Retry later" (or similar, my app is in Italian).
I tried to delete cache and data and also remove and reinstall the app, but nothing worked. I'm regular owner of the app (I bought it several years ago) and I've been using it successfully (and happily) until now. In a few days I'll have an important travel aboard by car, so I need the app to be working properly.
