Hi all I could do with a little help connecting my iphone 13 to recieve the smartmessages the phone is connected with bluetooth the handsfree is connected and traffic data is connected but the smartphone messages unable to conect
I think when i first got this tom tom i was sure there was two tom tom connections on the iphone app now ther is only one

The problem lies within the MyDrive app (pairing through the app) which has not been updated for over 2 years.
Apple introduced new Bluetooth security permissions from iOS 13 and TomTom had tried to modify the MyDrive app on a couple of occasions to make the two separate Bluetooth connections work effectively for traffic data and calls/smartphone messages but is now unlikely to be resolved. So currently only traffic/camera data.
Your GO Premium has a built in sim for traffic etc, so its not necessary to use Bluetooth at this time.
 
Thanks for that info it makes a lot of sense
Pity that Tom Tom are unable to get the app right my friend has an old Harmon and gets every phone notification on it
