Selling Rider 300 -- how to set up for new owner

I'm selling my Rider 300. I want to ensure that the new owner is able to use and register it. What should I do for minimum frustration?

It would be best to contact support and tell them that you want to change the eMail address.
Pick anything that comes to mind. Once that is completed, change the password.
You can now tell the new owner to log in with that User name and Password and change it to anything s/he wants and is unique.
