rx 5720 connection probs

Hi new to here, hope someone can help. I have just got an ipaq rx 5720, i can see it as activesync, i have updated the pda parts, but when i open tomtom home 2, it is always showing as "device not connected", but in control panel it's showing a connection to portable devices. just tomtom home 2 not showing connection, any ideas folks ? cheers
