I am unable to release my Rider 410 from the mount and I think the mount has broken so it's effectively locked.
Is there another way to be able to get the Rider 410 off the mount so I can connect it for update and I could then purchase a new mount.

No I don't have the anti-theft system. It's developed it's own anti theft system by refusing to detach as I think something has broken in the mount and it won't release the pins. I'm hoping that others have encountered a similar issue and there's some way to detach it from the mount and then I accept I'll probably need to buy another mount.

It's the two locking tabs that are stuck,

so I think you'll have to force the top lever to release them.

maybe try sliding a thin brass shim down in between the back of the Rider and the mount to work it free? (Disconnect power first)

It's going to have to be extremely thin.

Can't believe no-one else has ever had this problem with the mount before.

Managed to release the Rider utilising a long thin screwdriver and as expected the release lever is broken.
New mount ordered.
