Problems!!

Hope I'm in the right area...
I got a TomTom GPS for Christmas, it's been working great until now. The first signs of trouble were bad directions, total wrong direction, wrong route, etc. Now the voice stopped working, and it will not stay off, keeps turning itself back on.

I reset it to factory settings, set time-date-voice, etc...no good. Any ideas on what's wrong?

What model do you have? What application? What map? The application version can be found by tapping the satellite bars. Tap the version number and the next screen shows the map and build installed.

Also, can you think of anything you did (updates?) just prior to its starting to act strangely?

I have a TomTom ONE, version7.502 map:USA_and_Canada v715.1712
Never installed anything.

Pretty old version and maps....

Tried a pin reset?
