Problem Installing Maps

ok im a newbee so please forgive my ignorance . i bought a tt one v3 europe and logged on to the pc to download the latest map guarantee. the map downloaded fine (eventually) and is safely on my pc however, when it came to install it my tomtom threw back an "internal server error" and wouldnt install the map . when i find the map in my tom tom home it says its on my pce but says in red "this item cannot be installed on this device because of content restrictions" any advice would be great

This error is happening because the TomTom web server is overloaded. Try again in a few days after the Christmas rush has subsided.
