Postcode Problem - Go 300

I used to be able to enter a UK postcode then click "done" then it would ask for the house number, I would enter that and presto!!! Now it doesn't give me the "done" option after the postcode instead bringing up areas (eg Wirral, Chester etc or roads) What's gone wrong and can anyone help?

I have just sync'd it all to pc.

Try these steps. I don't have a 300 so I don't know if they work on that model.
