Points of Intrest

I have a Tom Tom xll 540tm and I will be taking with me on vacation to Atlantic City this week and was wondering if I need to change any of the settings or enable anything for the Points of Intrest. Also does the unit speak out the Places of Interest or just show them.

Just make sure under voice preference-->Computer voice-->Read aloud poi warnings.
