Other Blue Tooth Receivers

Hi I am new here. I am thinking about purchasing a Bluetooth cell type in your ear receiver to use in my car. Has anyone tried this type device? Needless to say I haven't purchased the car kit yet. The guy at Radio Shack says that it should pick up the TomTom GPS.

Is this a phone you are talking about?...or is it something similar to the ScalaRider that comes with the Rider2?

I have my suspicions that the list of phones provided by TT is probably not entirely up to date, but check here

If it is simply a reciever, perhaps you can take your Rider to the store and see if it recognizes the device. The Rider will seek out the BT device, not the other way around.
