No valid GPS signal

I have an iPaq 6915 and have just installed Tomtom Navigator 5.

When starting Tomtom, message appears "Connecting to GPS device...".
Program does not go any further and does not update my location.

Can you please help me with this?

What kind of BT receiver are you using? Did you trying going to 'preferences' and 'satellites' and configuring/reconfiguring the device there?
