No replies to thread regarding SD drive error message on computer

I posted a thread last Tuesday because my computer said it could not repair my SD card owing to an error. Not sure if my title was ambiguous but I got no replies. In this event, could anyone explain to me what my options are now. Is there any other information source I could turn to or or place I could go to in order to get my SatNav repaired.
