No maps found !!!

Hi there,

I have a ONE IQ Routes TTS* / 140S - 2GB tomtom gps and after I ran an updated version of the software, when tried to use it, it gives me an error screen no maps found. I ran a backup I had in my computer and after succesfully restore it, when I run the update option through my home software, it says I don't need any updates. But when I try to use it I get the same error AGAIN !!!

Could some one help out please?

What method did you use to make that prior backup? By knowing that, we can probably just get your map folder copied over to your unit. How old is your backup?

It might be worth trying the "Clearflash" utility first, as that has been known to solve "no maps" problems.

Some say to run it three times. I've no idea why, but it certainly won't do any harm if you do.

Don't expect to see much happen when you do run it, it's a pretty boring utility!
