No access to www.tomtom.com

Hi,

Just got my TT1 last week. Nice toy.

But I have problem to access www.tomtom.com, always timeout. My ISP is Rogers in Toronto. Called Rogers, but they have no idea.

Did anybody have same issue before?

They suggest the IP address may be the cause.

All I can tell you is that I am on Rogers and have no trouble accessing the site. Are you behind a router?

Sounds like I am not the only one. I tried to connect PC directly to modem, no luck. Rogers had created an internal ticket to address this issue. See what they can do.

Rogers fixed this issue after one week. They didn't call me, but it is working right now. Now I am downloading the new map!
