Does anyone know, where in the New Minas - Kingston region of Nova Scotia , I can buy the RDS-TNC and traffic receiver?

That is not a proper model, Michael. See here to identify:

That said, once identified, you might see if: a) a rds-tmc combo antenna is offered at tomtom (see here: http://www.tomtom.com/en_ca/drive/accessories/chargers-cables/traffic-receiver/) AND if the charger IS compatible with your model.

There might also be something at ebay.ca. Don't know.
