New XL Question

I purchased a TT 1XL and received a passcode card with the unit. It has a 15 digit alpha-num code. I tried using it on the TomTom Home site, but keep getting a message that the code is expired. Any suggestions? I also left a message at TomTom.

I'm assuming that is the activation code for your maps.

Where exactly are you inputing the code on the TT site?
