a few questions

hi. I have two questions which I hope someone can answer. first am I correct in thinking that there are a number of issuers with tomtoms live updates. ie I have read of a number of people not being able to connect to the system after paying their money and tomtom doing nothing to help.
my 2nd question is. in regard to the weather forecasts that are part of the live system. does this work ??? what is shown ?? is it the whole country or state or just along the route.is this a sort of waste of time or is it a good 5 day forecast of Europe as a whole.

Apparently some indeed are having trouble updating their devices lately using MyDriveConnected. Apparently, for some, it is really a Vodaphone issue, not TomTom.

Weather on route is supposed to affect the ETA for getting to a destination. There is no 5-day weather as was available on older Nav 3 devices.
