new 510 user from NY

Just got my 510 a few weeks ago and still learning all the options. Found this site by accident but I gotta say I am real glad I did. Had a few problems from the getgo as this is a "refurbished unit" no power on....no night time colors ... bad map file...old application file but thanks to all you folks I got this unit working perfect now
So far the only problem Ive had is with the wait time for TT customer service
45 min first time 1 hour the second and 20 the last time. Thats when I decided there has to be a forum some where to answer questions
