GO510 Speech issue

Good morning

I've had a GO510 for ages now and in the last couple of days the "You will arrive at your destination at" voice has become distorted - sounds a lot like when a DAB radio can't quite get a signal.

The navigation voices are ok (I tried 2) but the arrival voice isn't accent-specific as far as I can see.

Any ideas?
Unit is in a powered cradle, never running off battery and only the arrival announcement is affected
Nothing different has happened lately, no updates or settings changes etc.

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.
