My Drive not sending route from Android to my 6250

Reset the device to factory settings then reconnect to Mydrive with your Tomtom account credentials.

I done the reset and I'm still not getting the phone to send to the device ? Any idea on what to do now ?
 
Might want to set up an experiment. Try creating a route on the online TT MyDrive site https://mydrive.tomtom.com (using the same login account), then connect your 6250 to WiFi. Does that route from the online site make it to your 6250? You might even want to try the newer site at https://plan.tomtom.com
