Android (13) MyDrive app (v2.16.0) does not remain connected to TomTomServices

Since a few months I have been experiencing this issue and today my frustration level peaked. Almost every time I wish to use the MyDrive App on my Android phone I have to login to connect to TomTom Services. Otherwise I cannot send destinations to my VIA 53. It did not used to be like this. Is there anything I can do to maintain connectivity?

It would not rather be your Via 53 which does not remain connected to your Mydrive account
Have you tried on your Via to disconnect from tomtom services on your Via and then reconnect.
Thank you for the response - that does/did not appear to be the case. I have not observed that the VIA 53 has disconnected.
This morning I got a notification on my Android from TomTom suggesting I clear the app cache and restart the phone. After the restart I was logged in so I'm hopeful this is a fix.
