Hello Folks

Trying to get the Mydrive app on my phone so I can link to my Rider 550 for live traffic... but the app is written for an earlier version of Android!!!!
Come on TomTom! You need to be better than this! The app needs to be always up to date to work with latest phone operating systems.
At the moment I have a new Rider 550 and a new android phone - but I can't get live traffic because the donkey of an app is outdated!!!
Maybe I should have bought a Garmin ?

And... see below for the denied access message when I tried to get support for the app from customer care...

So how about it Tomtom? Are you going to support your expensive products?
