Missing voice messages when coming up to speedcameras etc..

I am having problems with my Rider 550 when I am using my Cardo Packtalk edge headset.. it was working fine one day then off the next.. since then Ive have tried all sorts of things and its still not talking to me when I am navigating or when approaching a speed camera.. also it keeps asking me to allow bluetooth tethering to my phone which is a samsung galaxy note20 ultra.. any ideas what has gone wrong? Ive had the phone for over a year and the 550 for three years its all up to date software on all items, phone, cardo, rider etc..
