Lost Computer voices

I have had my GO910 for some years and have been v happy with everything about it. Now I come to download the latest maps and after a TT update it tells me ALL my computer voices will no longer work. Trying to restore them from back up is greyed out.

I would like my computer KATE English voice back - any suggestions ?
