Live services on the new GO6100

My neighbour wants to upgrade her tomtom to the new GO6100 & has been trying to find out if the live services such as local search, weather etc are on there nothing on website. She has tried ringing tomtom 3 times yesterday but even when they say the waiting time is only 10 mins. 30 mins later she is still in a queue. She has tried emailing them but as yet no reply. I know you guys will know the answer. Are they on there? thanks

The 6100 has local search, traffic and speedcams. It does not have weather nor fuel.

Thanks for the info. Tomtom finally replied to the email(only took them 10 days!!!) said that speedcams was free for 1st 3 months, but lifetime traffic,maps etc.

The 6100 is advertised as lifetime speedcams. Do you have an incidentID? I want to relay that to our support contacts, as I suspect whoever responded to you had made a mistake.
