Latest Map Guarantee and GO930

I bought GO930 on Saturday. Since then I've been trying to use Latest Map Guarantee but without any luck. I always get a server error:

EDIT: If you get it dont panick. Contacted TT tech supp and all fixed. Also it seems server is back on line.
