Latest Map Guarantee failed.

Hi,

I just bought a new XL classic from a retailer.

I used to have Tomtom one linked to TOMTOMHOME

I setup the new GPS with tomtom home, and tried to take advantage of Latest Maps Guarantee. First it said "Looks like the device is new! Do you want to take advantage of latest maps guarantee!". I clicked Yes, and it said "SORRY, it's been 90 days since using this device, but you can BUY new maps!".

Any hints?

Did you use a different email address for the new device than for the former one?

Try calling CS to have them sort it out for you:

CS should be able to associate your new device to a different email address and your LMG should be available.
